The Vanilla Cream Donut had barely any cream in it. Would give 0 star if I could.

Their line/queue is so dysfunctional, people were constantly walking backwards through the line after paying to get their cakes. The macaroons taste like fig neutons, it's so disappointing they should just stop selling them because I've had better storebought freezer section options for cheaper. I'm assuming their cakes are better because it was so busy.

The bakery is located right in front by the food market entrance of H Mart, so it's super easy to pop in and pick up a few things. Their cloud cakes are light and fluffy and the icing (frosting?) is almost as light and airy as the cake itself. Everyone I've dealt with is pretty friendly, but also efficient and fast moving. Parking: The parking lot is a decent size but H Mart is perpetually busy, so it can be difficult to find parking nearby. Kid-friendliness: The bakery has some kid friendly treats but is far and away aimed at adult tastebuds, so chances are the kids will not like much of anything. There are ice cream and cotton candy machines across the walkway that are more aimed at kids. Wheelchair accessibility: The store is accessible and ramps are available to handle elevation chances. Due to crowds the pathway to the payment terminals can be difficult, and the terminal is located on a counter that may be difficult for some to reach in a wheelchair.

Went it to get a cake and had a very rude and unpleasant checkout. If you take your customers for granted and treat them with contempt then expect less customers. Last time I take my family there.
