Ordered takeout over the phone day before the matzah balls n added to order potato pancakes Very accommodating super nice food was good

This is deeply Inappropriate and Offensive—this is not how Passover should be honored. To place leavened crackers directly atop matzo ball soup shows a disregard for the sacred traditions that define this holiday. Such insensitivity is unacceptable and must be addressed.

I will confirm what 95% of other reviews are saying: the service is slow and inattentive.

Like for 19 years ! The best deli plate !

Excellent food and service

Attempted to eat dinner with my family here tonight. Sat at the table for at least 30 minutes and not one server came to take an order for drinks or food. The server walked by multiple times and did not offer. There were 3 customers sitting eating and two employees out front. Not even a busy night. The last time the server walked by us she sat down to count her tips at a booth. Love toojays but this location has terrible service!

If you're tipping based on customer service and picking up food. Wait until after you receive your food until you tip. It was all smiles and roses until I inquired about more coleslaw..... Then I got ignored for the next 10 minutes while my food got cold waiting. Unfortunately I had already tipped $10.... For customer service that was non-existent.

Did take out. Chicken soup helped my sister's cold❣️
