Tim Hortons

It’s not the fault of this location that their internet was down and they could not scan QR for points and for contest. They gave me a receipt and said to try requesting points. I did through the app and was told no. Very disappointed in Tim’s customer service. They have lost a loyal customer. I will drive a little further to Dunkin from now on.

Great grilled farmers breakfast wrap with sausage. To go with that, I got the hot French vanilla coffee. Everything was great! Excellent Customer Service! Thank you!

I reached out to Tim Hortons on their app, they responded and will be trying to improve.

We are from florida - and we know Tim Horton coffee is very good. We had it here. We also got a dozen donuts - mixed kind. They were excellent . The young man at the counter had a Greer smile and he served us. The atmosphere was also clean .

This coconut strawberry refresher looks like it's not very fresh at all. There are particles floating around in it and it will not go away when stirred. They also didn't get my order right.
