If you’re looking for a drive-thru experience with a long wait time and a 50/50 chance your order will be correct, this Tim Hortons (TH) should be your fast food “go-to”. I don’t know why I continue to torture myself by frequenting this restaurant. I love TH coffee but there is no product consistency when it comes to the amount of cream requested; I ask for three and it’s hit or miss as to whether or not it comes close. Today, when I took the lid off after exiting the drive-thru line, I discovered it was black - by no means, not the first time. No one at this location knows how to use the Tim Hortons’ phone app - they can’t load “cash” - and no one seems to care to learn how to facilitate this. I’ve reached out to management, both locally and through TH HQ, but nothing ever changes. Occasionally, I do frequent the TH location on Dublin Rd. in Grandview; the experience is like night and day. My order is always correct and they can even load my TH app using cash! The TH in GC needs major help; it’s so poorly managed and no one seems to give a damn. I’ve reached out so many times, yet nothing changes.

Lobby always closed in the mornings. They let select customers in.

Ordered a simple coffee, did not add sugar or cream as requested.

I’m pretty sure the most recent review had no action what so ever. I went to pick up my birthday drink and was so excited. I arrive and go to the drive thru sit there for a while..10 mins and nothing. We drive up to the window. No one. I pull back around to the front. I see people but they’re closing up. Ok no problem. I used to work fast food so I get it . But the thing is they had a whole 30 mins and my drink wasn’t even ready..I’m worried they’re closing early and clearing orders out…this is terrible. Not even an apology or anything . Someone has to do something . I get it my drink was free for my birthday but there’s people who do pay their hard earned money for these things and are not gonna get them and I can guarantee you Tims isn’t gonna refund it because how are we gonna prove YOUR employees are closing early …

Friendly staff and really good coffee and donuts Parking: Plenty of parking

This location is in need of some help. inside was locked from staffing issues that has been replaced from a management change and after waiting in a long drive through line they did not have the donuts we was after Definitely not good for business

Received avocado toast through the drive thru. Pulling the box out of the bag should've been my warning the box looked food, covered and tortured! Halfway through the avocado toast there was a curly hair. I'm still sitting in their parking lot. It just was so terrible that I felt that writing this might keep me from throwing up.

Excellent service and the operation was very quick. My interactions with the GM were very positive and great to store GM’s caring about the store.
