Terrible location, they don't get your order right - i ordered an espresso drink and it wasn't even heated at all, literally room temp. how is that even possible

No where does it say that this is ONLY a drive through. There should not be mobile ordering for a drive through only. Take away this locations mobile ordering since you can't walk in anymore. The whole point of mobile ordering is to be able to not have to wait in line at the drive through. I should be able to walk up and get it. I ordered ahead 10 minutes but had to wait 10 MORE minutes in line to get my order. Luckily the drink was still hot.

Getting in is a little difficult with the parking lot layout, but the service and drive thru is fast and friendly

If you want to be called the N word make sure you come here. Erin supposedly the manager here definitely needs some training. If this is the kind of people you have working for y’all I’ll make sure nobody I know comes here. She charged me twice for an order. When I asked why she said to call my bank.

This is the slowest location and they have 7 employee cars in the parking lot. You have no inside access and they take mobile orders. When you finally get your online order from waiting it’s usually no good. They need to get it together ASAP as my business is being taken elsewhere.

Mobile ordering at this location is pointless because you have to wait in (long) drive through line. You can’t go in the store to pick up. Service and quality were fine, but the unanticipated delay was frustrating. Not the staff’s fault, but the option to order ahead shouldn’t be offered here.

Store is too small for the amount of people they serve!! Needs remodeled and done correctly to proportion! Line backs up other people trying to use neighboring facilities. Service is super slow.

It was nice, learned new espresso lingo ,3 shots of espresso is called a JFK
