Whoever is managing this facility should be ashamed of themselves Be careful when you come here in the morning you can get trapped in the line and it can easily take 30 to 45 minutes. when you finally do get to the window after being trapped in that line, they’ll most likely be out of everything you want. Too bad Wendy’s coffee sucks. I hate coming here in the morning. It’s crazy to see how much business they lose from people turning around I wish I could but I’m stuck in this line, today I went back for some reason Same experience got my order completely wrong, the guys in the window are literally fighting with each other better off going to Starbucks across the street. I paid extra large iced coffee with two shots of espresso got a large hot coffee no shots of espresso. I also got a combo number nine didn’t get hash brown and did not get the Everything bagel. This place needs new management desperately I would hate to work in a place like this

Give me a donut in which they cut a hole out, the glaze is not real on the donut. I use to run this store when it first opened, now they are not good at all

I enjoy hitting this Tim's after dropping my husband off at work. They always have fresh and good looking donuts. The coffee is always on point and have never been told a machine is down. The drive through staff is always friendly a d fast.

I stop here about once a week, especially when there are rewards on my app. I can really only recall 1 time my food was incorrect, but I can remember multiple times the service was fantastic and customer service was great...including today!

I went ordered a corsant breakfast meal Got a cold coffee, hash brown and the wrong sandwich which was cold ans a stale doughnut. I called about 3 times and the rang about 10 rings with no answer then disconnect. Will never go back.. Poor customer service...

Never fails every morning I’ve stopped in this drive through they are out of omelet bites.

I visit at least 5 times a week and seems there's always someone new.
