No longer have white cheese dip and no beans available tonite at all.... REALLY THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE... PROBABLY NEVER COMING BACK. RICE HARD... IN SHRIMP BOWL

This Tijuana Flats makes me a little sad. The team is nice and welcoming, but the quality of food that comes out isn’t great. Feels like a Tex-Mex version of Subway, with ingredients already prepped and they just throw it together. I think this is a general problem with Tijuana Flats - the quality across stores is inconsistent. Specifically, nachos are my guilty pleasure. But I don’t like queso on my nachos - just say no to soggy chips! So I ask them to switch out the queso for regular cheese. I’ve tried to order this favorite meal a few times from this location and the cheese is always just sprinkled on top. There’s no melted cheesy goodness that other Tijuana Flats make sure to provide. Without the melted cheese, the toppings just tumble off the chips. I’m left chasing lettuce, tomatoes, beans, and chicken around the bottom of my container using those previously mentioned room-temperature chips. It’s just not the satisfying experience you want when you’re craving Tex-Mex.

Tacos are middle of the road but the service is always top notch, friendly, and attentive. The sauce bar is a signature touch and doesn’t go unnoticed.

Cookie dough flautas are a must
