I order a strawberry slushy and it tasted like I’m drinking only artificial flavors. It was really bad. And I went to see if I could change it because I wasn’t going to drink it and they say they don’t exchange or refund. I understand it’s food but everything here it’s exchangeable or refundable. And I was a regular customer because I work at the mall. It was a bad experience and waste of 9.99 dollars.

The boba isn’t bad. The price is okay. The atmosphere is cute and clean. My issue is they have a “secret family recipe” for their “non-dairy milk” but when questioned they wouldn’t provide the ingredients. Now to most people it’s not a big deal but when you’re allergic to milk, eggs, all nuts, soy, coconut, oats, wheat, corn, etc. like I am, this can be incredibly frustrating and not worth the risk. I thought this was the place that I could finally get a milk tea boba, but unfortunately both the staff and managers where very strict about their recipe and not sharing ***any details**** of it. Even when I had advised I have multiple life threatening allergies. Huge disappointment, and they need to be careful for someone who had allergies and takes that chance.

Terrible service. They charge you for not having ice on your matcha! They should give clients a better service by even asking if they want ice or not. Be alert if your match has ice, it has less power.

Today at the mall I found this really cute boba tea store, so naturally I walked inside and on the first look of the drink I knew it tasted good I drank it in under two minutes. The amazing taste plus its dairy free and that the wait time was short makes me want to go here every day!
