OK, I’m going to keep it real. Their Cubano sandwich is one of the greatest sandwiches I’ve ever had in life! It is absolutely amazing! The service is great at Tiagos. The other items on the menu are really classy and great coffee bar is great, but even if that wasn’t the case, The Cubano sandwich alone would’ve earned a five star rating!
Got the breakfast burrito and it was very good. Definitely get it with both the red and green salsas on the side. Staff is super friendly and it’s a clean restaurant with a good vibe
Great salads and breakfast.
Delicious breakfast sandwich. But at for $14 (cheapest option on breakfast menu), it’s perplexing that the owners can’t figure out how to pay their employees a proper living wage, given that they think it’s okay to add a 4% surcharge to pay for their employees’ healthcare, simply lamed as “HealthyLA.” Never one to appreciate something like that that’s not upfront.
Good coffee! Spent all week looking for good black coffee in this city, this lady roasts her own and it is delicious! ☕️
By no stretch of the imagination is this a bad restaurant. The location stands out as a very nice, clean, pleasant open space, which can be hard to find in Hollywood. What’s more is the food isn’t bad… but here’s where it gets tricky. It’s not good either. You’re gonna spend $15-$25 if you’re getting food and a drink here. Those prices are not unheard of, but I’m talking about a breakfast burrito and a black coffee. Me personally, I think that’s too expensive, and it should be in the state constitution that a breakfast burrito and coffee cannot cost any more than $13, but that’s for another day. So it’s expensive? Not crazy… but it’s not good. It’s serviceable. No spices, no zest, and no real flavor. Everything I’ve had here is bland, and it takes forever for them to make it. I waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich once, only for them to give me a burrito instead. Not a big deal but that was the second time in a row I’d been given the wrong order. If this was the only spot in Hollywood that was operating as a cafe space on this level, I wouldn’t complain. It is fine. However, with Javista and just a couple blocks over I wouldn’t say this place is worth it unless you really want a place across the street from the TCL to grab breakfast.
