Great restaurant, amazing customer service, and delicious shawarma!

Sloooooooooooow. Used to be great, but whoever is in charge of operations needs to improve the situation. The food is good, but the last 3 times I've come the service is so slow now. They used to make your order in front of you, then you pay like Chipotle. But now you pay first, and wait forever... and then maybe have to repeat your order again anyways cause they forgot it.

I must say the food was refreshingly good. very nice service. one of the best I've been to of this style. I really enjoyed the falafel sandwich

The service was good but the food just wasn't. The falafel was tasteless. The shawarma chicken was dry. The kabab was super dry. The hummus tastes like it was purchased at Costco. Over all DISAPPOINTING!

Amazing food at a pretty good price

This is an excellent little swarm on place to grab something quick on a lunch break. The staff in here is very nice and you truly get service with a smile. The swarm is flavourful without being too oily and it leaves a great mouth feel. All in all I give this restaurant a ten out of ten. You won't be let down. Please be aware though.Prices are a bit on the higher side but if you want quality mediterranean you will pay. It is totally worth the price. Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to not you need to let them know as you're ordering

They changed the way you order now every time I have ordered it has been screwed up. Not to mention the portions SUCK NOW. won't be going back.

When you serve me a gyro in place of a shawarma, you missed the mark! And on top that, I ordered lamb and got strip steak! IF I wanted a Carne Asada taco on pita I would’ve found a confused chef who could do that… These “Pita Guys” are not authentic to the food and culture. I left the food and money on the table in hopes that they will understand how to be true their food culture!?

I’ve been coming to pita guys for years. The quality of food is always great, the services is always awesome! It’s a great place to eat. I always order the chicken swarma bowl! Highly recommend pita guys!
