Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido

I used to really like going here but it’s gone down significantly. The food takes forever now and there are so many kids. It reminds me of a McDonald’s playground. Parents let their kids run wild.

Had an awesome and safe experience- very thought out process to keep us all safe with online ordering at the table, recommend the fish tacos and fish n chips! Fish tacos are looking skimpier, but staff and ambiance still nice

Fantastic menu and choice of drinks. It was my first time coming here on a Friday nonetheless and I was expecting a brewery to be a bit rowdy, NOT the case here. Several families and gatherings, very mature and relaxed atmosphere with friendly conversation and great food!

Stopped in for some lunch and beers on our way to San Diego. Scored a table next to the creek flowing into the pond. Maddi served us a couple sampler flights, some crunch bang wings and a Diablo Impossible burger. All was great! Then to top it off one of the managers, Evan, checked in on us, recommended a couple more of their brews, made for an excellent day! We look forward to our next visit!!

The wagyu burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had, the marrow butter won't leave you disappointed. The fries were perfectly crispy and not one fry was limp. Just make sure you grab a reservation!

This place was a rip off. Portion sizes were small and the food was meh. Stone is making millions on $9 beers. You'd think they'd be a little cheaper when they're brewed 10 yards away from where you drink them. Atmosphere is great but food and price is lacking.

DO NOT HAVE AN EVENT HERE! I held a birthday with them, and not only was the contract extremely restrictive but they made no attempt to work with me. First, when I noticed that my guest count was not going to be as high, I called to ask if there was anything we could do, and the only response they gave was that it was within 30 days of the event and that I would need to pay 80% of the expected tab to cancel, on top of the deposit. That wasn't necessarily what I was asking, but that was their attempt at customer service instead of talking with me: reading contract language. The week before my event which was going to be held outdoors, rain was expected, so I messaged early to ask if they could let me know as soon as possible what was up. When they called the day before, I asked if the event could be refunded or rescheduled or something, and they said that they reserved the right to move the party to any other open part of the restaurant, and that the other event space wouldn't be open until an hour later so my event time had to be changed also. I argued that they were changing the event by changing the location and time, but again, the only recourse I was given was to cancel and pay them 80% of the cost. I asked how they could compensate for all of this, and all I got was the bar fee removed, which was less than half the tip for the servers (who were wonderful and didn't deserve to be associated with such terrible service). Again, no care or humanity or attempt to support. The event planning doesn't care about you and your event, they will not only make no attempt to work with you but they will make no attempt to be decent and provide any form of care or assistance. For such a nice venue, it's truly disappointing to have such terrible service.

We visited this beautiful brewery for beers and dinner after arriving in Escondido. We got a table outside and the gardens were amazing! Fire pits and heaters kept us cozy as we enjoyed several selections of their excellent beers. Our waiter was very attentive and even brought us some samplers (on the house). I had the stout and Red Ale and they were both excellent. We had the Italian meatball appetizer and that was perfect for the three of us and really delicious! The fish and chips dinner was delicious and filling! Good sized portions and well prepared. My wife had the Magyu Luxe burger and loved it. It was cooked perfectly. My daughter really enjoyed the crispy fish sandwich as well. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing, casual, and beautiful dining experience.

Not the same Stone Brewing World Bistro Garden that stood before COVID. The food used to be good, the service was top notch and the atmosphere was superb. Now, we only saw our waiter twice and then had to flag other staff down for refills, items we needed and our bill. During this last visit, the food seems like it's from the frozen isle at the grocery store and dressed up with a few ingredients here and there.
