The Palm - Chicago

Sonji was awesome. I was attending a conference and The Palm was packed. Sonji handled everyone with kindness and was rushing to make sure everyone got their food. Great experience, and will be recommending this restaurant to my colleagues too!

Great service, hamburger was excellent

Delicious steak and prime rib. A la carte asparagus, wedge salad, and mashed potatoes exceeded expectations. Great, friendly service.

The bread rolls were an embarrassment. Some kind of soft dough that just went to mush push when chewed. They tried to fancy it up with a boiled crust but it didn't work. I suggest get real bread.

The wife and I visited Chicago for our 29th wedding anniversary. We decided to dine at The Palm. Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The Maitre d' and our server Mila, just awesome. Thank you for a great evening.

Can’t comment much on the food as I had a salad, but my chicken was extremely dry! I also heard one of my friends who got the chicken parm state their chicken was very dry as well. The drinks were good, service was also great. Can’t comment much on vibe as we were sat in a room in the back due to the size of our table (16 people)

This was a great place to sit and have lunch. I definitely recommend the crab cake, it was the best I ever had! The ahi tuna salad was delicious too . The service was great as well

Wonderful service team. They are willing to work with customers for the best fits …sharing all dishes!! Great suggestion and selection of dishes too. Convenience location and not too crowded for an enjoyable evening.
