Great service, but loud & expensive Dietary restrictions: Our gluten free person, must have gotten cross contaminated with the hash browns, he was sick afterwards.
Rebecca T was our server and she was AMAZING and so accommodating. She had amazing recommendations! We love coming to pancake house, pigs in a blanket and their omelets are to die for!
Our server Rachel was great and answered any questions I had. The restaurant is spacious. They have many cushy booths rather than uncomfortable hard chairs around tables. My omelette was cheesy, just the way I like it my meal came with 3 fluffy buttermilk pancakes. The syrup they use is good too. I enjoyed my coffee and fresh squeezed OJ. They bring water to the table with a 1 liter pitcher to refill yourself so you don’t have to wait for a refill when you’re thirsty. I got one of their handmade stoneware mugs for my wonderful mother in law. I know she will love it!! ♥️
Prices are out of control here. Almost $5 for coffee and more than $7 for hash browns is highway robbery. Paying over $25 for a simple breakfast for one before tip is out of control.
Two of us ate at the bar on a busy weekend. Food took a predictable lengthy time coming out, no problem, but one of us got our food out a full 10 min before the other, not by our server, and when the second meal came out, also not by our server, it was lukewarm like it had been hanging out the whole time it was missing. Our server didn't return for another 20 min so there was nobody to say anything about it to. Just chalked it up to being busy, but at that price point I wouldn't be keen on returning in the hopes it came out better. Juice is nearly $7 for a small juice glass, coffee was almost $5 and while it was in a nice mug, nobody offered refills until we were presented with the check, but not as to-go refill. Obviously we couldn't keep sitting there, there at that point. When we were presented with the check we were being literally pushed out of the way by a group wanting our bar seats who were claiming our seats even before we moved. So I took the check to the front registers where they told me I'm supposed to wait for the server to take it. I explain that people already pounced on our seats and wanted us out so can they please just process it? They made us wait for the server to complete the transaction, another 5ish minutes of standing awkwardly. At $60 for two breakfasts (one pancake and eggs Benedict), the experience overall was a poor value.
