The food was pretty good. Loved the ambiance of the place, absolutely gorgeous and inviting. Our server however, was not very tentative to our table. Had to flag him down towards the end. Our server never asked us if we wanted another drink or even offered water. We ordered the Italian sodas for the keepsake glasses. We were given new ones to take home which were wrapped in paper. However, when we got home, one of the glasses was damaged. The decal on the top was partially coming off. We were not actually given brand new glasses. So disappointing, especially for a place like this. Wish I could give a higher rating.
Hadn't been in a very long time, it was great.
The service and atmosphere at the spaghetti factory are amazing! Food is good too. Every time I walk in I feel transported to a different world.
Food was okay. I was expecting better quality being a spaghetti restaurant. Meatballs were good and the Italian sausage was lukewarm. My beverage was empty for more than half my meal and my waitress wasn’t around and never checked on me after she dropped off the food. For my first time being here I wouldn’t go back. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I went around 4-4:30pm
This place has changed a great deal from when it first opened. Beautifully decorated, calmer atmosphere, better menu. Worth another visit. Parking: Park in front, easy wheelchair access.
Family favorite, kids love the food BUT their service and wait times gets worse and worse every time we go. The hostesses, regardless of how many they have standing at the podium never are nor welcoming or friendly. The wait times are always longer than what they tell you. Usually 2-3 times longer. The servers are no friendlier and have lil to no people skills. Take your order with no expressions and Run. Ask for refills from the get go cause you may not get one anytime soon.
I have lost my wallet in the restaurant lobby and the staff were extremely sweet to keep my huge wallet.
