My kids and I went yesterday and ordered cheesy bread, 2 the garlic shrimp alfredo, and lasagna. Within 20min of eating I was with nasua, runs and vomiting. Within a couple hours all of us were sick. I called the next day to discuss and Mario the manager and DM whos name was not given were dismissive. They mentioned they hadn't received any calls and that was it. When I asked for at least a portion to be refunded, mind you, I missed the movie for being stuck in the toilet, it was mentioned that they couldn't offer that since no other calls were received. I asked who else had the same dishes, they hadn't pull that data to see those same dishes were ordered but again nothing was offered to makethis right. I hadn't eaten a OSF in years and with this experience I will certainly never return and tell everyone I know about the experience and treatment.
They seem to have ruined a good concept. They seat everyone close by each other, with no spacing between empty tables. Food was dry, It took about 45 minutes to get basic spaghetti noodles. $20.00 a plate is definitely not worth dry noodles with a slap of meat sauce or buttery pamasean topping. Will likely never return here. Good luck with your business.
Attractive family restaurant in popular area. Pasta dishes are numerous with various sauces. The spaghetti and meat sauce were not as good as expected. The " meat " part of the sauce was sparse, and the "sauce" was bland. The panini, on the other hand, was delicious. The bread was crispy, and the meat and cheese were flavorful and plentiful. The minestrone soup was also very good, packed with veggies and beans. It's a place that families will enjoy.
No different from the other locations across the country.
Great place fun atmosphere
My first visit, loved it!
I always enjoy the mizithra cheese spaghetti dinner, and of course the spumoni ice cream.
