First time at Chop, went here for Valentines Day 2024. Really upset on the service and food. Our reservation was at 7:30pm, seated us around 7:40pm. We were not attended until 8:20pm with our appetizer and our meals were brought out at 8:55pm. Our drinks were never refilled and by the time we received our food they were uncooked and no longer had available what we ordered. Many people who arrived after us were attended before us and unfortunately we weren’t able to try desert because they ran out and I was not able to have my full entree because they ran out of food. Very unfortunate that we had to pay our full meal price but did not receive what was expected. We were hardly acknowledged by a waiter and lasted there 2+ hours with terrible service. Many people who got sat down after us left before we even had our entrees served. Very disappointing!

The service is excellent. So is the location and the atmosphere. They have an extensive wine list with a lot of great options. And a decent cocktail list. I had a wedge salad, which was good. I also had the prime rib, which I had high expectations for given the location, atmosphere, and price point, but it wasn't great. There are a lot of other options. If I went again, i probably would pick one of the dry aged options. I also had the toffee bread pudding, and it was really good. Overall, the experience was good, and I enjoyed myself. Dietary restrictions: They tell you when they seat you to notify your waitress if you have any dietary restrictions.

We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday dinner this evening. Center cut filet was delicious and our server was Braxton I believe and he was extremely attentive and fast. We’ll definitely be back often!

Huge dinner plates with the right portions of food but it looks small on the large plates. The large plates take up a bunch of room on the table. Dessert was tasteless.

Always great to eat here. Service was exceptional. Bar tender after was terrific, manager also very professional and friendly
