A nice little eatery across from P'mont Park. The atmosphere was great, and I could see hanging out there if I was in the area. To be fair, it was the weekend of the Dogwood Festival, so they had a limited menu, so not much of a selection when it came to food. But what I tried was tasty. Our server was the worst. Clearly, he's in the wrong profession. The other staff members, however, made up for that, and I look forward to going back to try their peanut butter and bacon hot dog. I hear it's amazing.
It’s a vibe , but I made the wrong decision by getting the totchos… it was not my jam. The Bloody Mary was beautiful but meant for 1 to share. I would have passed out trying to drink the entire cup of vodka! The location is beautiful and the server was nice.
The food is definitely subpar. I ordered the hash and it had 3 tiny over cooked pieces of sausage and no cheese sauce and cold. The managers response was underwhelming and patronizing. My friend ordered loaded tater tots, but lacked jalapeños. When requested they added a cost. The menu advertised $3 mimosas on Sundays which we ordered and our server did not state to us that that was not the price on festival weekends. I live only blocks away from here and do not recommend this establishment.
Was excited to go last night for the whole experience to be ruined by the staff. The bartender acted like he literally hated his life and just scowled around the bar all night avoiding eye contact. Two of the servers were mocking my friend who is gay, and imitating his laughing at each other across the room. I will NEVER return here and I feel sorry for the customers who do to have a nice time and get mocked by the immature grown men who work here.
My boyfriend and I came during 404 day and had Shay..she was the absolute best!! So kind but also so fun! Love her, ask for her!
