We sat at an outer table and weren't noticed at all. After 20 min, as a place in the lower area opened up, we moved and were promptly greeted by waitstaff. Food was excellent (but very pricey and only one vegetarian option) and the drinks were strong. As the crowd increased, service declined, and it took a while to get our 2nd drink and our check. Once the decibels got above rock concert level, we were ready to go! Friday night crowd was very loud for a 5 star hotel lobby bar.
Wonderful experience and worth the cost.
Mitch the bartender is AMAZING!!! He doesn’t miss a beat and his drinks were precise and perfect! They have a very interesting menu. We ordered Steamed pork gyoza, a wonton in a shiitake mushroom broth with lemongrass, mushroom crisps and cabbage slaw. We also ordered the Crispy Chicken, brined in chamomile and citron this was very good! Both apps were excellent! Our martinis were perfection! We can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful bar to enjoy some drinks! We love it. Service was amazing and the drinks outstanding. Lorena was amazing!
The bar closed early due to this short, blonde, male manager even though there were about 100 people from an event still ready to spend more money. Everyone here spent lots of money to be here for a weekend convention and nobody was overly drunk or breaking anything so it was very uncalled for to get mad and close the bar. Real "little man" energy. Update* his name was Jacob Crowl.
Top notch service and high quality cocktails, just as you would expect front and center at a five star hotel. ProTip: while the food menu is limited, most options are quite good including the wings, oysters, shrimp plate and flatbread, but we wouldn't recommend the croquettes.
Beautiful lounge area. We love this bar in the middle of the lobby. They offer a beautiful and tasty charcuterie board and the world's best Earl gray Martini! That's really what I keep coming back for, is that wonderful Marti!
Good food, service can be lousy, but Monroe is super cool! Live performances are always a treat.
