Dinner was superb, a divine elegance radiates from those walls. Courteous service! Has to be Coco Walk's little Gem.

Terrible experience. We had a group of 7. The place being dead on a Saturday should have been a clue. The service was horrible, our server stood at the end of the table and would just stare at everyone individually expecting them to shout their orders to her. Multiple times she missed one or two peoples orders because of her lack of service. The food was decent but, nothing to rave over. I used to come here often as it was a cute spot with good drinks but it has went downhill in the last 6 months. We witnessed a group of 5 walk up to the hostess stand and the hostess was nowhere to be seen for at least 15 minutes so they walked away… as they should. You will not survive in Miami with this kind of service. Do better.

As I had my last sip of beer I felt a piece of glass going directly into my throat, at that moment I was able to identify and spit it out into an empty glass, my friends and I were able to see (after the foam I left at the table that indeed I was seconds away of swallowing a sharp piece of glass, settled). I complained to the server whom took the sharp piece and just left almost running without even apologizing or even acknowledging what had happened. Minutes passed and a server came and dropped a shot of tequila as an apology, but without any remorse just left it and went by, not a single word of remorse was said. I didn’t even knew how to acknowledge the fact that I almost drank a sharp piece of glass (almost 5 cm), by the end of the meal they just gave us a free round and left the check as if nothing had happened. It was humiliating to know how small empathy they had for such an awful situation. This all happened 01/26/24. Awful how they handled the situation, it’s all on tape (supposedly, everyone knows how this big corporations work) I have been grabbing my throat for hours just thinking that I could’ve died having a quiet dinner with friends. Should I sue them?

Willie was the best part of our dining experience this evening. He was extremely attentive and personable. He ensured we were always satisfied with both our drinks & entrees. I will not hesitate to return thanks to his wonderful service. Thank you, Willie!

Willie was an exceptional server, made our night such a blast. Really went above and beyond to Make sure everything was up to par and up to standard. The food was amazing and the drinks were even better.

The place looks very nice unfortunately we could not enjoy food or drinks because after 12 minutes at the table no one helped us .we were invisible to the employees including the manager who was in front of us at the computer. Not sure if we will give it another chance. There are many nice places around with very good service.

I’ve been coming to The Key Club since they opened, and besides a few times at a table, I prefer the bar. The food & drinks are always great but, SERVICE? Incredible. The bar team is truly the main reason I keep coming back. Anthony, Jimmy, Gabriel & Max- THANK YOU for always being so AMAZING! This restaurant is truly a gem.

If you're sitting at the bar, make sure to ask for Max Mola. He is hands down the best bartender who makes amazing drinks. He keeps you entertained and informed about everything that's going on in the restaurant, and provides the best description of the food menu. I am definitely coming back again just for him.
