The Ice Cream Bar

The ice cream was good but the little girls behind the count just absolutely awful service dude in the back the only one actually working

I hyped this place up to a few people I took. The last time I had gone was over a year ago. Place looks awesome decorated but it’s unfortunate that the customer service here is horrible… seems its run by teenagers who don’t care being there and don’t know how to treat customers. Also the place was very dirty and 3 of the tables we tried to sit at were all sticky. I recommend going to a “La Michoacana” instead. Prob won’t be coming back.

No ice cream bars. 4 flavors to choose from. Pistachio has real pistacios, which is great, but ice cream seemed freezer burned.

Stopped in we got some ice cream two milkshakes and a brownie with ice cream.As were sitting eating the girl behind counter was saying that they were locking the doors and it wasn’t even 730 yet. All the ice cream I’ve been pulled from the display case so you really couldn’t choose from the ice cream that they had.

Staff was nice and helpful but owner needs to have the place cleaned there is food debris up the walls and half the surfaces . The esthetic is fun but cleanliness isn't there

This place was very falsely informing. The moment I walked in, the shop had a very weird nasty stink. There are no bars shown in the picture and barely had a handful different kinds of flavors. I ordered a scoop of water based mango and a scoop of pistachios and they had texture like freezer burns. The girls attitude didn't help either. Honestly, this was the worst icecream I've ever ate from an icecream shop! Don't waste your money and go get a pint of Häagen-Dazs, you will be better off. Having a power outage is not a legit reason to sell bad products, without letting the customers know. What a best way to lose business!

Unimpressed. Went on a Saturday and they only had about 5 ice cream flavors available, nothing else. The girls working seemed less than enthused to be there. Ice cream was practically flavorless and mostly just tasted freezer burnt. EDIT: I absolutely understand that things out of our control can happen in business but we were given a menu and told to simply to let them know when we were ready. No mention of being out of almost everything. A simple “we had a power outage so unfortunately this is all we have right now” would have alerted us to the situation rather than having us assume that this was normal. Willing to give it another try because the place is adorable.

Great ice cream flavors. Amazing staff.

Quiet little place, nice service, painted wall was beautiful and decorum!!!
