Worst experience in terms of service I've ever had. I live nearby and ordered a take out lunch. The staff was overwhelemed as they are running "3 ghost kitchens " from this establishment. As a customer this has nothing to do with me. I ordered my lunch from the Flatiron. I was there to pick it up, as I received a notification it was ready. Somehow the stress of these "ghost kitchens" gave the staff (barman) a license to lack all good manners in addressing me. It also allowed him to raise his voice, because "his problem was" that he was runnning multiple "Ghost" businesses from this location. Mind blown. This has nothing to do with your customer and its definitely not my resposiblility or anything I should care about. There is one sign outside "Flatiron Pub" which is where I ordered from. I have no idea what a ghost business is and don't care to. However I do care about sharing my experience via this wonderful Google Review platform.
Food was good, but portion was tiny. Service was really bad, has to waive down the waiter multiple times to order and pay. They look short-staffed though
