The worst salad that I ever ate in my life! (Beets and berries) I payed 20 dollars for spinach, one strawberry and 3 tiny pieces of beets. It’s sad that the quality of the food is not what you are paying for..
The broken potatoes are to die for. I have loved this place for years. It has amazing public restrooms as well. It never disappoints!
Our daughter is attending CSU and we went to visit her for her birthday. We took her to Emporium for brunch and everything was delicious, the server was super sweet and they comped our daughter’s meal. It’s a very cool restaurant attached to Elizabeth’s hotel.
Tony at the Emporium is attentive but discreet, a true professional - a perfect blend of low key professionalism, combined with excellent food from the kitchen makes this a great spot for work drinks or anything in between or beyond.
Enjoyed some of the best breakfast potatoes I've had in a long time!
Freaking delicious. That’s it. Just go.
