Quirky vegetarian restaurant with so many delicious options its hard to choose what to order!! The staff were lighthearted and attentive, the place gets a little cold in winter but that's nothing that wearing a good jacket can't fix.

Denver offers these little pockets of retail shopping and local cafés nestled within its older neighborhoods, and the Corner Beet is just such a café located off of 14th St in Capital Hill. The atmosphere is wonderful with their local artist wall offerings and plant collection. For the observant type, you'll find yourself chuckling at their cheeky and dare I say it? Erotic decor. Who knew root vegetables could look so sexy? Come on Mondays after 6 to catch local artists sharing their talents at their free open mic night. Have a spicy Chai and almond croissant while you're there!

Came for breakfast for 2 and spent $35. Food wasn’t worth the price. Salad barely had any dressing on it.

Partner and I were very excited to try this place based off the pictures and reviews. Unfortunately, everything was pretty awful. I usually don’t write reviews, but I do when I feel compelled based off my experience. The food was subpar at best. We both got sandwich’s and they were bad, but the side salad was barely dressed, dry, and had no taste. We also ordered a soup and that was probably the worst item yet. No taste whatsoever, just a bowl of nothing. Overall the food was really lack luster and absolutely NOT worth the price. Next was the staff and service, which is really what led me to want to write this. Extremely rude, like so rude. They forgot multiple items and were upset when I went up to ask for the items to be made, gave me a weird response and attitude, I don’t know -it was just weird. They could care less about the experience and the service they were providing. And there is an 18% tip added on the bill and none of the staff mentioned that so I ended up double tipping. Just horrible overall and they really need an attitude adjustment if they are going to be neighborhood friendly. The best part was the atmosphere. Go somewhere else, much better vegan options out there. Good riddance.

Had the tofu ban mhi with gluten free bread and a GF Vegan Donut both amazing! Expensive pricing, tho I’m sure that’s reflective of the quality of ingredients.

VEGANS BEWARE You are taking a risk of receiving animal products when you order vegan. This was supposed to be a fully vegan burrito with tofu scramble but instead I received real egg, real cheese, etc. Ate half the burrito before realizing and immediately started feeling nauseous. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING IF YOU ARE VEGAN! Note: Called in and they offered to remake/refund, so at least they took responsibility. Was still treated like a basic clerical error though, knowing that the wrong person could get real sick from this.
