Some seats are in noisy locations which is hard for those with hearing aids to communicate with. Parking: Unless one frequents this restaurant it can be hard to find without GPS.
This was our first time back to The Cork in four years. The old Tucson rustic atmosphere is charming and a bit eclectic. We were greeted and seated promptly by friendly wait staff. The server who took our order got the drinks correct. However our appetizers and salad never arrived. The halibut was quite average but the vegetables were very good. The duck extremely tough. The pork ribs were good. Overall I think the price of $100 a couple for dinner is reasonable for today’s dining market but I expect a better service, attention to detail and bit better quality on the protein. A plus was dessert. Tasty and nicely sized. The place may have had an off Sunday night so it may be worth a try on a different day. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to front door
We are regulars 2-3 times a month. Tonight was very disappointing. The restaurant on a Friday was more than half empty which has never happened. The food was mediocre, the waiter said it was because they were changing their menu. I hope they get their act together before they lose their clientele. I’m not ready to go back anytime soon
Just a peasant who “couldn’t possibly afford a meal here” no way to treat members of the armed service in my opinion. In military town? Yeeesh. God forbid the poors that serve the nation want to enjoy a fine meal on a special occasion.
Treated my aunt & uncle poorly on their anniversary !! Very RUDE & unacceptable.
James is the BEST!!! LOVE THIS PLACE
If I could rate service a ZERO, I would!
