The Cheesecake Factory

I love Cheesecake Factory and I try and visit one every time I travel. This location did not disappoint. I had the new item appetizer pretzel bread with fondue cheese. It was amazingly good. I also had the Renee special and it was good. Also for some reason all their Coke Zero has an extra sparkling taste. Love it

Slow lunch afternoon when we stopped by. Server was very warm and attentive, great customer service. The food took a while to come out, and my mashed potatoes were cold- indicating that my dish had been sitting under the hot lamp for a while, but I didn’t bother to ask for them to remake anything given how long the food took to come out in the first place. Poor job on the kitchen’s end, but still a decent lunch overall.

After a long day of work, I decided to go eat at cheesecake. As I got there, everyone didn’t acknowledge me. I had to make myself seen to even be greeted for a seat. As the host was getting the menu, she looked over at the male server with a look of “ where do you think she should be seated at? “. Obviously the male server shaking his head like no, send her else where. My whole vibe went upside down . The host then told me to go sit at the bar and that they also serve a full menu. I didn’t even had a choice if I wanted to sit on a normal table or at the bar. AND Let me tell you, it was NOT even busy! No one was in line before me or after me! The only best thing about the whole situation was the kind bartender. Who ever was that host and the male server serving or cleaning the area next to the bar working on a Wednesday 3/13/2024 before 4pm should really get a talk to. Customer hate being treated poorly. Food was OK. Bloody Mary was very good.

Mediocre food, but a large menu and very tasty cheesecake options. Obviously not home made, so probably not the best cheesecake but good if you want something quick. Service was ok, I ordered online for pickup and arrived when the order said it would be ready. I wasn’t sure where to go for the pickup but once I found the right person it was only about 5 minutes until the food was brought out. Parking was a nightmare (it seems like the valet for the mall takes a lot of the spots around the restaurant), but to be fair I was picking up around 6 P.M. on a Sunday.

I absolutely loved it ! I had never been there, but always wanted to to Cheesecake factory, but people would say it's the best, but very expensive, I am thankful for my wonderful and sweet nephew for taking me , maybe, if I can save some money I will be back for my son's birthday in July. Thank you for the amazing service and the absolute delicious food.

My first time coming here. Served cold food and never gave us straws, I work as server and I never serve cold food just a nono , the food I can tell sat to long in the kitchen. Besides that the server he was the only thing great about my visit to this restaurant good customer service.
