Service was VERY slow. Some other tables turned twice before we received our meal. Food not prepared as requested.

Nothing bad to say about this place. In my top 3 places to eat anytime any place.

Hi, I am from out of town and I visited the Cheese cake factory in Franklin TN for lunch with my family .The service was slow by our server Yasmin , she never offer us bread and after taking our order she rarely check in if we need anything more . She was busy chatting other coworkers on the floor and playing with her phone . the food was cold because it must be sitting in the kitchen awhile before the server bring it out. Overall the food tasted ok but would be better if it was hot ., . My biggest disappointment was Yasmin clothes and body has a Weed smell which my husband picked up on. I am surprised Cheesecake Factory tolerate.that . I suggest random drug testing for employees since it’s a family restaurant with children around. Since this is a serious issues I will file a complaint with Corporate. . . Thank you

Great place and the food smells amazing

Nice atmosphere, mostly good service, but the food has gone WAY downhill, sadly. Still charging a very high price for their factory burrito grande, for example, but all you get is a boatload of rice and bland filler with maybe five small chunks of dry chicken. Avocado egg rolls are still very good, but the quantity for the price just isn't worth it anymore. Used to be a family fav. Now it's just another grossly overrated restaurant chain. We'll see how long it lasts. The atmosphere is still really good, so I assume it'll hang on for a while just because of that. Haven't been back since, and frankly, there are just way too many better options around with higher quality food at lower or similar prices.
