We have been to this multiple times and every time our impression is going down. The food is served very late just to get the complimentary white and brown breads they took nearly 30 mins and the factory loaded nachos were very bad they were all burnt and not served fresh. Overall it’s a okay okay experience but I liked the ambience.
Horrible service. The lady at the cheesecake serving station (short, blonde, glasses) was extremely rude and took 15 minutes to give one to-go order of cheesecake. It was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes, and when I asked if I could pick it up, she demanded I “wait a moment” and proceeded to delay for another 5 minutes. Wish I had gotten her name so I could put it in this review, but she made the experience absolutely horrible and should not be working here at all. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a Cheesecake Factory and will never be coming to this location again. Don’t waste your time!
If you're going to eat cheesecake, I can't think of a better place. Lisa is the friendliest person I have ever seen. He was helpful and increased the energy of our table with his conversations. Our dining guests also left very happy. The place is spotlessly clean. If there is a cheesecake factory near you, you should definitely try it. eğer cheesecake yiyecekseniz daha iyi bir yer düşünemiyorum.
I called to make a reservation, as instructed on the Alpharetta location’s website, and I was met with a rather nasty individual who was very rude to me. Their website states that parties of 7 or larger need to reserve a table via phone, hence my call. She very rudely said they don’t do reservations on the weekends or over the phone, although their website doesn’t state this. I can’t attest to the quality of food, but the staff quality is disappointing.
