The Butter Milk Ranch

Wow!! This was the best breakfast my wife and I have ever had! The service was amazing too. I had the Migas Scramble. I'm one to usually add hot sauce and ketchup no matter what and I never even touched the stuff. My wife said her eggs were absolutely perfect, the bacon was the best we've ever had and her croissant was HUGE! The 15hr Apple Butter was so good we had to make sure we got a jar to take home to NY. Dietary restrictions: They have several gluten free items. They all looked delicious.

Great food and friendly staff. I recommend vist during the week for shorter wait time. I went for brunch Extremely busy.

Went with friends while visiting Nashville and had a blast. Our server Ari was AWESOME! He was witty, snappy and FUN. Food was great. Also, 80’s tunes and nothing but cute animal videos playing. What could beat that!

Heard great things about this place. Came from out of state to meet up with family and celebrate a birthday. Since the restaurant doesn't take reservations, the brunch we were looking forward to at 11 turned into a 2 and a half hour wait. Obviously, they don't need to take reservations, but it really alienated me and my family. In the time it took for our table to be ready, we finished our brunch at another establishment that did take reservations. I hope they will consider taking reservations in the future.

Coffee was ok. Guy taking orders was rude and arrogant. The place was over packed and shoulder to shoulder. Someday I will come back and try the food

Love this place! The food & service is always great. They’d get that extra star if they would add a ‘Nashville Hot Chicken Eggs Benedict’ to the menu

Took my son for a late brunch. We really enjoyed it. I will definitely return. My only issues with 12th area is parking. I'm a native so it irritates me, regardless Butter milk ranch is worth trying
