My fried shrimp was cold and my salad was over seasoned and wilted and my server Ty seemed very unhappy when I mentioned anything so I just paid my bill and left. After a long day of traveling I just wasn’t in the mood to deal with it.
Fridays. Bartenders walked past me four times and decided to talk in a different language about their customers instead of seeing me recently arrived at the bar. Might be a standard venue, but bartenders have no idea how to get a tip.
Passing through DFW connection yesterday and decided to have lunch at this TGI location. (By Terminal C29). We got seated, and after almost 15 minutes of waiting for a server, nobody even acknowledged like, “hey, I’ll be with you in a minute” or something. All this time, there were two workers just chatting and busy with their phones. Anyway, we walked out and went instead to Pappadeaux Seafood. It was an awesome $150.00 meal. TGI Friday maybe needs to have a conversation with their servers about customer service.
Al Manager Que ayudó a mi familia hoy le vamos estar eternamente agradecidos, esto habla muy bien sobre usted y Dios le seguirá Bendiciendo . The store is really good , fresh food, the staff is friendly 10/10 Thank you
Great experience. Food was good and service was excellent!!
Doesn't exist. There is no TGI Friday at this location. There's an American Airlines Sky Club
The food here is absolutely horrific
First meal in the states and it's as bad as expected. Fried potatoes are soft (reheated?). Burguer not big even for non-american standards. Bacon re-heated. Lack of understanding between well-done and rare... I guess I feel it overpriced just cause it's an airport, otherwise I guess this company would have closed outside with this unfortunate relation quality/price.
I waited 20 minutes to be seated. Was too angry to take a seat when finally addressed. I feel it was better i find somewhere else to spend the layover as i'd probably just be constantly angry during my visit.
