Sin palabras, excelente lugar
Well, well, well, if it isn't Friday's at DFW Airport. Let's break it down, shall we? ⭐️⭐️⭐️ First off, the food: surprisingly good! I mean, who would've thought you'd find decent grub in an airport? And let's not forget about that peach orange mimosa, the perfect pre-flight sip to start the day. Now, onto the ambiance: cozy enough to recharge your devices and fill your tummies. Sure, there were plenty of tempting BBQ joints around, but sometimes you just need a comfy spot, right? But hold your horses, because here comes the service: friendly, but as slow as a tortoise in a marathon. Hey, if you're not in a rush, it's all good, right? And finally, the dreaded self-checkout. You know the drill: scan the code, pay your bill, and bid adieu. Not exactly the highlight of the experience, but hey, we'll let it slide. Overall, Friday's at DFW Airport gets a solid 3.5 stars from me. Good food, cozy vibes, but service could use a turbo boost, and let's just say I'll leave the self-checkout for another day.
So my daughter is in ninth grade and is on a field trip to go to Disney World. All she got was mozzarella sticks and a drink and her total came to $15.78. She did not know not to leave the tip blank because the waiter Jeremy Decided to give himself An $8.35 tip bringing the new total to $24.13. Jeremy, I hope they fire you that was a sorry thing to do to a child let alone a single mother who provides for her child. I was a waitress for five years, supporting my two kids not once did I ever steal from a customer I took care of my customers and if you can’t afford your lifestyle, you shouldn’t be a waiter and I hope karma finds you!!!!
Service was slow, server wasn't super attentive but the food was fine for a quick simple breakfast at the airport, located just outside the security check. The Cafe Toledo coffee cocktail was good.
5/5 in an airport context: Fast Good quality - I had the sirloin, dry rub and double house salad on the side Reasonable price ️ Outstanding service, the waiter was all over the place, perfect.
Was here Sunday 3-3-24. Rude hostess, she has no business seating or greeting people.
Dekyah Brown give the worst customer service, always treats customers badly when charging in the to go area. It seems like he hates her job. I am a supervisor at my job and if I had an employee like her I would have fired her by now. In fact, I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with her. I wish her manager would contact me.
This location felt like a local spot where the staff treats you like family. Great experience. Ate at the bar and finished off with a really good cup of coffee. My bartender reheated my cup with a sweet smile. I'll always eat here while in transit
