Worst F service ever. Waiters don't care about customers, waited more than 50 minutes for a breakfast, and my steak wasn't even cooked how I asked. Oh and they didn't have white eggs. I need to stand to request and have my check, and if that wasn't enough, the personal makes ball my recipt and threw it away.
Had an amazing layover experience here, before the most traumatic flight I've ever had lol I should've had 2 more rounds I knew what was to come before flying through an insane storm. Service was awesome! Everything but the steak was great!
This restaurant used to be my favorite but when I tell you they prove me wrong today and the guy with them braids and glasses had a real problem never again
Let me begin by saying I was having a awesome day until I came here all I wanted was steak and shrimp I usually get so host was not aware of shrimp I was asking about and steak that I usually get so she went to ask Manager came out like I did something wrong Virgil was his name he is so Rude wow then I wait 52 minutes and was told that shrimp was frozen so that’s why are u kidding me howunprofessional is he this is not at all right then they forgot my side of sauce I paid for ask Virgil could he give me manager name and sauce he never did he kept looking at me whole time smiling don’t worry I’m not eat this food I know that u did this on purpose Something needs to be done he is very disrespectful and petty my shrimp were hard as a rock Virgil refused to give me my receipt so I could not do survey I paid 32 dollars for me to get burnt food unacceptable
For an airport restaurant, speed is critical. They produced. Food came out fast. We were able to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. Our server was very friendly and we enjoyed it any time she came to our table.
Very friendly staff and great food
Didn’t eat. The place was dirty. They had lots of open tables and they sat us at the worst table available. A 2 seater by the back register. We asked for a booth she didn’t like us asking to move but did move us to a small booth the place was empty and we asked for a larger booth and she reluctantly gave us one. It was dirty the seat was ripped the menu was ripped and fell apart when I opened it. Hard to believe but true. This is the international airport and representing atlanta to the world. TGI should be ashamed how bad this place it.
Service was excellent with 991/Shavonn. In fact, I noticed all staff were doing a great job serving customers. You just don't see staff hustle like that any more. Must have good training !
Not gonna lie, I have pretty low expectations for airport food. I for a salad, which was super fresh, service was quick, prices were average (great for an airport). Worth the walk over to concourse E.
