I asked for medium well steak and got a dry toasty piece of meat. My server disappeared , it was a disaster
I don't mind the wait but if you tell a hungry person 90 minutes to eat and then take 120 minutes, unacceptable. Months ago similar situation and I said I wasn't gonna come back. We weren't too hungry this time so we decided to wait but this time definitely we never coming back.
Alley took great care of us yesterday. As a a true lover of Texas Roadhouse, I’m always excited for the experience and great food. Alley was great and I was so happy to see her joining in on the line dancing! 10/10
What’s the point of placing an online order if they push it out an entire hour. I placed an online order for rolls just rolls at 6:30 and after about 15 minutes I went to go get them expecting that they would be ready but when I arrived they told me that I placed the order for pickup for 7:30 PM which I know 100% I did not. The person at the front insisted that I placed it for 7:30 and would have to wait. I proceeded to call the store to ask why on earth my order got set to 7:30 and the women on the phone told me that the system “automatically” pushes orders back. So I ended up leaving it wasn’t even worth my time . Just a pitiful shame if you know that you are famous for your rolls you’d think that you’d have them always ready. I guess that’s asking for too much common sense from people who clearly don’t have it
