Walked in immediately could feel the dirty greasy floors under my shoes as I'm sliding around. The menus are all torn and dirty. Greeted by a friendly person at the counter. Service was great but food and cleanliness were bad. Ordered 2 burgers 2 fries 2 fountain drinks order came out to $45. Both burgers were overcooked, under seasoned, and looked/tasted like a generic frozen patty. My burger was missing LTO, and the tomato on my partner's burger was what looked to be a sliver from a cherry tomato. Fries were soggy and unseasoned. Ketchup, mustard, and mayo were served as packets. I was interested in trying the different "game" burgers, but they couldn't nail the basic burgers.

I ordered on site, the fries were saturated in grease and limped over. One burger was bleeding after I said well done so I didn't eat it and the other was flavorless. The staff was nice but the food was terrible! First time here, not impressed.

They don't always have the different meats. You have to call and then hurry because everyone else wants it too and there are no freezers.

I placed an order to-go on Friday January 12th. I called when I was 10 minutes out and ordered the fried pickles & cheese fries. I was under the impression that the food would be dropped fresh- especially the fried pickles. However, they weren’t. After picking up the order and opening the boxes while in route to my next location, I discovered that the fried pickles were very soggy, as if they had been sitting out for a while. The fries were also soggy and overly drenched with cheese, but I only called back about the pickles. Although the flavor was not bad, I could not eat them due to the consistency. They were not dropped fresh and it was obvious. The manger said he would adjust the bill, but he never did. Due to this experience I don’t recommend.

I came here so excited to have a great burger! Completely blown away how horrible everything was! I ordered 2 burgers well done. One was seared and raw, bleeding, the other burger was well done, but absolutely no flavor. I ordered fries that were soggy, even after I brought them home and put them in the air fryer. Horrible! This place could have alot of potential to make great food, but won't if they don't put effort into what they do. Hope to see this place succeed! Changes have to be made. If you don't like to cook, get out of the kitchen!

Ordered 2 All American burgers one medium and one medium rare. The lettuce was brown, there was no onion, no double American cheese the medium rare was rare (cold inside), the medium was medium rare, and we did not get a pickle. If we had eaten in the restaurant, we would have sent them back. On a positive note, the person who took my order and the bartender were pleasant. I am glad I had a gift card.
