Texas de Brazil - Rochester

Went here for the first time tonight. Most of the meat and food was excellent until the chicken was served. There was blood on the inside and the outer part was pink. I hope I don't get salmonella. I was reassured by a manager that the meat is temped at the right temperature. After the manager talked to meat, it took forever to get other meat. Even after asking the server twice no steak came around.

Food was incredibly good! Every meat was cooked perfectly and the salad bar was so tasty. We got the sangria wine special and dessert and both were very good. Definitely recommended for date night!

First time and it was great food. The salad bar was so good. Tons of options. Great service as well

Our waitress Erin was fantastic!!!! She was very attentive and gave us world class service. Food was excellent!!!!

While it can be a little bit busy with how many people go here, it is an amazing experience that everyone should try.
