This place is dirty, the food suck , and the cashiers looks nasty with zero people skills. A BIG YUCK. I WANT MY $20 BACK. ZERO STARS
First day in NY, and we came across this place on a walk. Vibes were great. Music was great! I didn’t catch the name of the girl that Rang me and my friend up but she had nice wavy hair, and her customer service was great. They seem to really get along well working with each other and this creates a great atmosphere inside the establishment, will definitely be back sometime on this trip
I tell you that this was one of my first visits to this new fast food place and it will definitely be my last! Terrible costumers service, the manager was unprofessional as well the staff. Let me not start on that terrible so called Teriyaki food, disgusting!!! Messed up my stomach until today!!! Don't waste your time nor your money.
Inedible! They constantly burn the food at this location. Save your money and time. I bought the Spicy chicken teriyaki bowl for lunch and the all of the chicken was burnt so I’m left with just the rice and veggies to eat. Wish I had enough time left in my break to go back there for a refund!
This is the nastiest food ever the rats in Washington heights can cook better food than this
I absolutely love this location! Hardest working staff/manager and delicious food for a fair price. I highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki and Teriyaki Salmon bowls! The flavor is on point! I always choose the perfectly steamed brown rice and gorgeous veggies on the side. I've attached a photo of the Teriyaki Salmon bowl which is my usual. Do not be fooled by the drizzle of sauce on top of the filet, the salmon is well marinated to perfection through and through. The sauce on top is just the final touch. I am always warmly greeted as soon as I open the door and I love that the kitchen is open so you can watch your meal be prepared in front of you. The dining area is spacious and CLEAN. I highly recommend this delicious restaurant! Kind and caring staff/manager and a wonderful addition to East Harlem!
