Teriyaki Madness

I ALMOST DIED EATING HERE!! BEWARE!!! The food itself is so so, very salty. The staff is where this place sucks. The girl at the front desk is more concerned about what ever is happening on her phone and lesser concerned about doing her job. It seems to be a huge inconvenience for her to do anything job related. The first time we went we where the only 2 customers in the whole building and still took 30 mins to get my food, the food also sat in the window for an extra 5 minutes looking at my looking at it wondering if she was ever going to serve the meal I just paid nearly 30 bucks for. For the second time after waiting another 30 mins(they where much busier, so understandable) the phone absorbed girl at the front desk gave us the wrong meal, so we got to wait an extra 10 mins for our meals, just to get them home and have the wrong food yet again. After, I ate the food about 1 hour later i spent the rest of the night in the bathroom blowing my guts out. I almost died eating here, had to liget down a bottle of pedialite to recover from what they did to me… over all just save your time and money and go elsewhere

On March 10, I placed an order through the app for delivery. I was notified after my food was ready and picked up that my order was canceled by the delivery driver from Uber Eats. I immediately called the store, and the person that answered the phone said that the driver did pick up the food and then canceled the order, probably to keep it for herself, to eat it, and that’s what they do sometimes. He agreed to issue me a refund. However, it is now a week later and I see that the charge is still in my credit card and I have not been issued a refund. I tried for a long time to figure out how to report this directly to Uber Eats as well, and was unsuccessful.

Love their food I usually order through doordash. I usually get a large chicken teriyaki bowl. Would be 5 stars, they only give you ONE small cup of teriyaki sauce, for a large bowl, it's not even enough to wet my rice. It's not gold you guys you can give me 2 or 3 small cups of the sauce. Great place but stingy on the condiments if you order delivery ‍♂️

This is a solid choice for fast Asian themed food. Patrons can build a bowl with their choices of meat and heat. The portions are very reasonable compared to the prices. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular but it is clean and comfortable.

Tables looked very clean and the food was very hot! I had their food for the first time the other day and it was fantastic. Affordable and you feel like you’re eating like a king. Chicken is extremely good and juicy. Wonderful experience will be back many many times! Parking: Even during the busyish lunch hour I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot to eat

My fourth time coming here and every single time, they forget the sauce they charged me for! I always have to go back inside to ask for what I already paid for, 75 cents for yum yum sauce too? Then for them to forget it and some people already make it home like I did the first time and don’t want to go back for sauce but they keep the money and profit,imagine them doing this to every customer lol it adds up.. I think they’re told to purposely forget it to be honest. They’re not even busy when I’m in there, just me or another person in there so they shouldn’t be too occupied to forget something so simple. Just really frustrating. Foods pretty good tho.

I paid for the double protein bowl why did I only have two pieces of broccoli bro
