Food looked delicious, saw all my peers' plates and they all looked delicious I ordered a bento box and the miso soup was delicious but that's all I received. Somehow the servers forgot about me. Everyone else got their main dish except for me. I can't believe the server forgot about me...Eventually my table felt sorry and shared their plates with me. On the plus side I tried everyone's plate!
A solid sushi spot in little Tokyo of LA. This spot is surrounded by lots of stores and Japanese restaurants/shops. I ordered a miso soup, scallop uni and the Jessica alba roll. The scallop uni was phenomenal and a great mix, tasted very fresh and balanced. The Jessica Alba roll was also very good and one of my favorite rolls without rice. The miso soup was also a great starter. The salmon skin salad was also very great and one of my favorite versions of this salad. Lots of salmon skin pieces and the dressing was just right. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items. Parking is limited to street so Uber if you can.
We were near little Tokyo so must stop in for sushi. Found this place off the Metro A line and no wait! Quite a bit of selections for sushi and other stir fried dishes. We got the spider roll, rainbow roll and the spicy seafood miso soup. Everything was good and the soup has plenty of seafood in it. Quite tasty. Parking: Hard to find off street parking near the restaurant. Paid off street meter to park.
The wait was decent. Food and drinks were great. The service was ok waiters didn’t really check on our table as much.. overall 8/10
