Best steak I’ve had hands down.

Called to see if we needed a reservation and they said I think we can fit you in. We were traveling and didn’t know the place but when we arrived there was only 6 people besides us so clearly they didn’t have to fit us in lol. We ordered starters but we received our meals after one bite of our starters. Ordered a medium well burger and it was well done. My wife liked her meal (bison meatloaf). She also had the cup of chili. She wished they would have put cheese and onions in the description for the Chili. No one asked how our meal was the whole time until we sat our plates out to be picked up. For being an uoscale restaurant I had a lot higher expectations and was truly let down.

2.5 hours of my life I won't get back. Only customers waiting in a 1/3 seated restaurant. Waited to be acknowledged later seated. Ordered right away. Hour later "food is on the grill" 15 mins later. We're out of what you ordered. We should have left before we were seated. The organizational and physical mess was obvious. We ended up with 3 overly salted under cooked menu items with messed up sides. Staff apologized and took % off bill. It felt like we were part of a social experiment to guage a reaction to a terrible service food atmosphere.........zero stars.

Had the mushroom and swiss. It was solid. Asked for medium well and it was overcooked. But still good. The waiter was awesome. Highly recommend cherry lemonade

I was expecting a full house on a Saturday night before the eclipse, but it was slow. That was great for us, because no wait. Good drinks, and if you like buffalo, this is the place for you. I've been to the one in Colorado.

Food was subpar. Of everyone's foods at the table, nothing came out well. My order of a burger with buttered carrots was presented and I picked up the burger and it was soggy before I even took my first bite from the butter. Have you ever thought out proper plating? The carrots werent cooked. The broccoli wasnt cooked. The chips were unflavored and tasted like burnt old oil.

Had a good time and delicious food. If you want to experience Bison cooked right this is the place.
