Used to be my go-to place when I’d be in the area. The past month or two I’ve gone in 3 times and every visit has been worse than the previous one. My most recent visit I ordered a Mango Coco drink (my go-to) and this time it came with grapefruit (!!!) inside, and a few pieces of my non-chosen topping. I called and the employee said it has always come with grapefruit. There’s a reason I ordered Mango Coco and not other mango drinks, I didn’t want any citrus & I’ve ordered a Mango Coco before. The previous visit I saw two employees on their phone in plain sight by the back, while there was an ordering line, I wanted to order at the counter and no one came to assist me. A third employee exited from the back and made drinks.

Maybe we went on a bad day but the super fruit tea was not very good and really watery

Jasmine Milk Tea, regular sweet, crystal and regular boba...Crystal boba was clumped together. Order was very fast. They have a self-serve kiosk with tap pay.

The boba is different here, it’s softer n fresher. I love my jasmine coconut boba

Delicious teas, lots of options, and they're fast. I come here multiple times a week sometimes. Easy to order ahead online, too.

this place is not it

I ordered the osmanthus milk tea at the kiosk, but I didn’t pay attention and ordered the wrong one, osmanthus rice milk tea instead.Luckily, the employee helped me did the refund and reorder the osmanthus milk tea. I am really appreciate it. And, it tasted so good! Parking: It’s inside the plaza. So parking is always available.
