Tacos El Rey

This restaurant appears to have been closed? We have driven by this place 3 times in the past two weeks, and the restaurant was closed. This is hands down the best Mexican/Central American restaurant in Brooklyn with fresh, authentic, flavorful cuisine and friendly services. We ordered from Tacos El Ray for over 10 years and haven't had a single disappointing experience.

Cheap with there sauces, food is ok. But El Divino Rey on New Utrecht is one of the best Mexixsn spots. Well worth the drive from Sheepshead bay. Food is fresh, seasoned, unlimited green sauce not like this place after Spending $60 Tacos El Rey 1 red sauce, 1 green sauce for 5 people, come on!!

Es la segunda vez que como en este lugar , pero nada que ver con lo que era antes el original Tacos el Rey …la comida muy fea …!!!

Never again! Half cooked chicken pretty blend, a lot of sour cream. Terrible smell inside. Rude personal!! The worst food in my life. Ugh, nasty!

An overall great experience. The food is authentic, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the place makes you feel welcome. The food is served fresh. There is plenty on your plate, and the menu is extensive enough that you really want to go back to try more and more. A really great place well worth a visit.
