Dunkin'

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts on Brighton Beach, excited for my usual order, a Caramel Iced Macchiato with whole milk. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a mix-up with my order. I received my macchiato with oat milk instead of whole milk and was unexpectedly charged an additional dollar for the substitution. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the situation became more stressful than I anticipated. It required a bit of back-and-forth to rectify the order and the billing issue. Eventually, the matter was resolved, but the experience left me feeling quite frustrated. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but I hope this feedback can be taken constructively. Ensuring order accuracy and handling mix-ups with a bit more ease could significantly improve the customer experience." ---

Worst “coffee” ever! I would say it’s more like a water with coffee colouring. Absolutely no coffee taste or smell. Probably they are cheating on dosage.

by a lot of the reviews, people don't seem to like the women that work there (specifically evening shift) but i've always had a good experience with them. if they ever have a bad attitude i understand cause i work at starbucks, baristas tend to get tired after a long shift. yall have to understand that lol. they're humans too. they've always been super kind to me, yeah i've had plenty of mistakes on food and drinks but they've always been happy to fix it for me. majority of the time, drinks taste amazing and so is the food :)) remember to respect your baristas guys, they're people too.

Everytime I go an order a drink off there menu there’s always a problem the lady at the register is either confused or they tell me it only comes in iced when I know that’s not the case because I’ve ordered it hot before it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing or they just dont want to do there job they need to hire better people
