Taco Bell

I was starving and I must admit, it was good

Worst experience. My wife and I went to grab something quick. We ordered from the kiosk and waited over 30 minutes to get 1 burrito and 4 tacos. The lady at the register said that they were short staffed which we understand but that wasn't the problem. They gave us our bottled waters and bumped our food off the screen. I only came to that assumption when the lady in the back asked me what I was waiting for. I said our food. It's been 30 min. She looked up at the screen and went back to the food that was already prepared. She looked at me and said your food coming up. We thought you had it already. I said no mam I've been waiting. She proceeded to say that she is by herself and that my food was going to be made next. When we did get our food the burrito had onions which my order was without onions. At this point I just wanted to leave. Terrible staff and service. They didn't care and it showed.

it's crazy how entitled the employees are at a fast food spot.

I usually get the dorito crunch wrap now that I eat there more. I usually order with the machine since I'm not much of a people person after work and getting food. Wait is never long, however the restaurant is sometimes dirty around the fountain drinks (it was flooded once with Hi-Ci but machine repair is usually needed when it comes to fast food lol)

Was visiting family in West Palm Beach and did a late night run to Taco Bell. Pulled up to the drive thru and the young lady told me.. We are about to close so hurry up then I paid for the food and my change was only $2.. and the young lady said.. you don't need this change ..do you. I gave her the $2 and pulled off. Damn..what happened to Southern hospitality?

Food was good, service ok. Didn't like to be let into restroom.

They got my order was wrong. And took forever to replace it.
