Their "deals" / mobile "offers" are more expensive than buying the same item individually. People pleasee do the the math before ordering
The food was not much good that I expected
Don't understand why they don't accept more than 1 coupon at a time. Coupon states per visit, so I could simply just go outside and come back. Staff said no, it is per day. ???? Nowhere does it state anywhere that it is per day, staff was adamant it is per day, so I just left. The only Taco Bell that does not accept more than 1 coupon.
The food seemed to be on par with other Taco Bell restaurants but the manager is a poor businessman. After my order for three chalupas with no vegetables came with tomatoes, I asked for the order to be remade. The manager insisted I had only asked for no lettuce and refused to remake the order. After I declared the experience unacceptable, returned the food untouched and asked for my money back, he would only return money for two of the chalupas. Very strange behavior. Remaking the order would have cost less than the refund. Refunding all three chalupas would have mitigated a disgruntled customer. He accomplished none of those things.
They store was open (11 pm) and they don’t let me eat inside in winter lol
Downright hostile customer service. Just get the McDonald's right next to it.
Terrible service and get upset at customers for getting the order wrong
Washroom was closed, ask service , they don’t wanna open because they wanna close after 20 minutes
