Expect the drive threw to take 30 min even when there not busy just lazy underpaid employees who don't care

Waited in the drive through for over an hour only to be told that they are short staffed and cannot accept additional customers. Done with this place. A sign for or employee to let us know would have been great, instead of just waiting until everyone drives up, knowing it will tick everyone off!

Don’t bother. You’ll be in the drive thru for, not exaggerating, 30 minutes minimum. I have no clue how a fast food restaurant takes this long consistently. Completely baffling. The staff is typically friendly and the food comes out fine, but you literally have to block out time to come here, whether you order on the app or in person.

I wish I could give zero stars. It's wild that you'll wait 20+ minutes for a single order, only for the guy at the window to get rude and condescending, AND the order is wrong. Like, if you're going to take 20 minutes to make a taco, you could at least do it right

Don't DARE expect to order anything they advertise because that would be TOOOO much for them to actually do much less even do for a paying customer!!!!! Not only has Taco Bell gotten to big for their britches price wise but they don't even provide the deals and options they plaster all over their commercials! Want a $5 box..... NOPE, NOT AVAILABLE....... Want the build your own $5 box....... NOPE, NOT AVAILABLE!!!!! IF IT'S NOT AVAILABLE THEN SAY THAT OR AT LEAST ADVERTISE HOW TO ACTUALLY GET IT...... IF IT'S EVEN POSSIBLE!!!! RIDICULOUS PRICES, HORRIBLE SERVICE, MULTIPLE ADVERTISED PRODUCTS AND SPECIALS NOT AVAILABLE!!!

This Taco Bell is horrible. The team members are very rude. And if you ever want food anytime after 9pm please turn the other way.. I waited in line for an hour twice for a mobile order and today was the last time I’ll ever order from this location. They need new management asap.

I have picked up several orders here for Doordash, and BOY are the slow. I am typing this from the drive-through right now and the line hasn't moved in 40 minutes. Save your time, money, and gas and order from another restaurant.
