Very unfriendly service and long wait times. When we attempted to sit down, all the tables were dirty and in disarray. The workers watched me clean our table off, which was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
First of all today is my birthday & she didn’t even say happy birthday. The service here is dry & they’re rather rude. Quality isn’t the best either.
Over 12 dollars for two scoops of ice cream? No thanks. Context: I always order two scoops of chocolate in a triple-scoop cup with five or six maraschino cherries. Two weeks ago at this location, I paid just over $8 for this, which is high, but fine. The next time I ordered it in Loganville, it was under $4. Tonight, they actually tried to charge over TWELVE DOLLARS. Her reasoning? The six cherries alone were over $5 and the double-scoop is $5. I went down the street to Bruster's and paid $6.72 for the exact same order. Who in their right mind would pay a dollar a piece for maraschino cherries?
My family happened to be coming back from a Braves game and we wanted ice cream. We pull into the drive thru and we were greeted by a nice young man who started to take our orders. Mid-way through, he was interrupted by a lady who seemed to be rushing him. We pulled up to the window and she was very, very rude. And had poor customer service. She handed us only 5 ice creams and told us we should have 6. The reason she handed us the wrong amount is because she cut off the young man who was previously taking our order. She very defensive and didn’t seem like she cared that we were missing ice cream in the first place. The young man came back to apologize for the mess up and he was very sweet and handled the situation well. As for the lady she continued to ramble on in the back and never came back to the window to even apologize for her bad attitude. Honestly, I do not want to eat at Basket-Robins again.
Never have mobile orders ready and then got it wrong and tried to argue with me until I showed the order on the app
Great food and great service with a smile
I’ve always ordered birthday cakes from Baskin Robbins and they’ve always been super cute and worth the money. This time around I regret spending the $42 here. The cake was messy and looked rushed and it tasted like freezer burn. Disappointed that this was the cake I got and it was too late to change it.
