Made a mistake ordering on the app to the wrong location and they replaced it free of charge
Messed up my order big time.
Amanda was an amazing employee and treated me and my friends very well
The person who took my order, Amanda, was extremely kind and put a lot of effort into my order.
This is my second time ordering food from this establishment and each time I ordered extra sauces that is almost a dollar a piece and I did not receive them them either times. Paying for stuff and not receiving it is crazy.
Unfortunately, I lost my receipt but I went to this Taco Bell around two in the morning on Friday march 29, 2024, and whoever was working the drive-through I just want to say he was amazing he gave us all of our options. He was so nice when he pulled up to the window he asked us to do the survey but unfortunately I lost my receipt but I haven’t stopped thinking about the excellent service that he gave, and I just wanted to give him his flowers and shout him out
Not sure if this incompetence or malicious. Come to the restaurant to get me kids an after school snack. Was expecting to pay cash, but the guy at the counters exact words were “We can’t take orders here anymore.” Then told me “You can only use the kiosk.” I was perturbed since you cannot pay cash at the kiosk. As I am ordering, and other guy walked up to the same counter with the same employee and gave him zero of the same search I was given. The employee just took his order, the guy paid cash, got his receipt and sat down. What gives? How is my patronage not good enough but others are?
