VERY RUDE STAFF . If you don't like your job then QUIT. Please the customer service and snatching of my payment method was very disrespectful.
I am so sick and tired of this taco bell not listening. I specifically asked them at the window to make sure they put the tomatoes on the items that I ordered because I have had issues with them not doing it. They told me that they did. I get back to work and open my food and no tomatoes. They flat out lied to me because they didn't want to redo it. You guys are worthless. I paid for the extra.so thanks for taking money jerks.
Good food for a decent price. Good was hot and tasted very good.
Placed an 80 dollar order on door dash. Was told they could give me credit or I could go to the store and get the missing items. When I got to the store they now have a kiosk so all the employees ignore the front counter. Shift leader was sitting in the office. The girl who came to the counter acted like I just killed her dog when I told her my problem. When the shift leader same up he said he couldn't do anything, even though I was literally standing right there. I wish the little coward had given his name so I could publicly call him out. When I explained that he wasn't very familiar with customer service he got offended and walked off. All this was after we tried calling the store only to be hung up on.
