Taco Bell

I enjoy Taco Bell but I got some pretty major food poisoning after going to this place for the first time. This could've been a one time thing, maybe they got bad meat that day. I'm not sure. But I'm not risking going to this location again.

Ordered food for my family of 6 for $86.00 and all our food bearly had any ingredients in it. We were all just chewing on empty tortillas. Not worth it!

Ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme with jalapenos and 3 cheese. I got none of the things I paid extra for, and got a beef crunch wrap supreme - which I didnt order in the first place as I am a vegetarian! Update- The manager, reached out to me, and apologized on behalf of the staff, and gave me a refund, and re-did my order. I really appreciate the extra effort on his part

Every time I come to this Taco Bell they forget part of my order.

Hitting 20 minutes since order place. No acknowledgement at counter for over 5 minutes. I know Taco Bell takes back franchises and this is one for sure. Do not web order here. At least seemed good for Taco Bell.

the staff are terribly rude! We waited a very long time in the drive-thru line to find out that they didn't have our order in the system, after which the employee told us to make another round of the line while they prepared our order so that we wouldn't take up that space. he talked to us like it was my fault that they didn't have my order even though I showed him my order number but he said "you can show me whatever you want but it won't help you get the order right now" I will never return to this place again.
