Great service, clean, food was also great
I was very insulted by my experience at this Taco Bell. We waited twenty minutes for our food, I ordered a bean burrito and they gave me beef, and it was cold. So I went back to try to talk to the manager and tried to calmly explain why this wasn't acceptable and she didn't listen to me. She ignored me and went back to the drive through window without even saying excuse me. I've never seen a manager less concerned with customer service. This is the worst service I've received at a restaurant ever. While I was leaving they said they could make a new burrito for me and I told them to forget it. While I was there to complain there was also a homeless woman at the till with things streaming everywhere who was nearly passing out on drugs. The staff and the manager were deliberately ignoring her. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs. Vegetarian options: I ordered a bean burrito and they gave me beef by mistake with no apology. Not remotely vegetarian friendly.
Messed up my order and also two other people after me.
Barely any meat in the crunch wrap, was ++disappointing. Only worth going for the Baja blast and cinnamon delights. Tables were not wiped and felt very rushed looking at the menu, also they don't have any kids meals
We bought over $60 worth of food for my family tonight but we couldn’t finish any, as it had to go in the garbage. It tasted like the oil used to cook all of their food was not only rancid, but it was unsafe, made all of us sick, and we had to throw everything out. I’ve left a message for the Store to call me back, but I haven’t heard from them yet, never going to this location again, they should really monitor their product before using the franchise name.
Ordered in a huge, expensive meal for my family from this restaurant over DoorDash, over $18 service charges and tips. There’s very big safety concerns with the food. In the 20 years we have ordered from this chain we couldn’t finish the meal. Cinnamon twists had a very bad aftertaste almost like chemicals, possibly due to bad oil. All their products cooked in their oil were affected and not fit for human consumption. Nachos supreme were not safe to eat either, because of the rancidity and the expired chips. A health inspector should attend this location to intervene with the interest of safety, we are out of the money for these problematic items as the ordering interface won’t allow us to refund this unsafe food. We did not get our money’s worth and we had to throw it all in the garbage, the manager needs to pay attention to what they’re selling. Hopefully it doesn’t result in anybody’s food poisoning and should be declared a biohazard. We’ve reached out to the store, hoping to hear back. BUYER BEWARE.
