Taco Bell Cantina

Have had a few order mistakes here but still love the food and it’s one of the cleaner locations.

On 02/16/2024 on Friday we ordered one taco bell pizza taco a vegan taco and a chalupa beef Supreme taco from door dash and the delivery man refuse to bring me my order I had to meet him outside in his car he said to me that he doesn't have to bring my food to me to the door and then when I open the bag up and i never received the vegan tacos I ordered and they gave me the wrong order that I didn't order and my tacos were mushy cold and not advertising and it was disgusting and there was no meat in my chapula Supreme taco at all I wont be ordering from this taco bell location on door dash anymore

I was waiting about 40 minutes before I just left and I only order a large Cherry Pepsi

Terrible experience here multiple times, over a 40+ minute wait for a singular Doritos loco taco that ended up being cold anyways. I also had to leave here without my order when I had a spare 30 minutes before my class even began. You’re better off going to chipotle.

Long wait.

It's a Thursday night. I showed up at around 6:30 and ordered one, single burrito. It's been half and hour and still nothing. I used to be a delivery driver and a chef so I know what a rush looks like, and this ain't it. No reason one burrito should take more than half an hour

Location is usually busy so it’s not unusual to have a long wait time for your order. However, today they forgot all about our order today and then claimed that they called out our name. We were sitting right by the counter and didn’t hear our name being called out. The staff was rude when we asked them about our order and completely ignored us 2 times. We had to ask a 3rd time about our order. We waited a good 30 minutes before inquiring about our order since we understood they were busy. What’s more, they messed up 40% of our order and forgot 1 item after finally giving us the food.

These people are so inept to online orders. I ordered cinnabons from them, they gave me a 3-pack of potatoes. I got a refunded and ordered a second time hoping it was a one-time mistake, I got the same thing. I don't know if they are high or something, but I'm never from here again
